Job Title: Civil Engineer – Villas Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of Dubai experience and expertise in villa construction. The ideal candidate must have a Dubai Municipality Engineer License, a valid UAE driving license, and their own car. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Oversee villa construction projects, from planning to completion. Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and design reviews. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to Dubai Municipality standards. Manage contractors, resolve issues, and coordinate with stakeholders. Supervise material procurement and project handover processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in villa construction in Dubai.
